Local projects, local decision-making

As detailed in the original Expenditure Plan for Measure R, 35 percent of all funds generated are used by the eight incorporated cities and Tulare County to use as each sees fit.

Local Projects funding can be used for traffic signals, road resurfacing, curb and gutter, crosswalks and a variety of other improvements.
