Smoother roads in Woodlake The City of Woodlake has invested Measure R funds Local Catagory toimprove and preserve road surfaces through an extensive rubberized chip seal program.

Transit Improvements

In the Clean Air category, Woodlake now has enhanced transit service through Tulare County Area Transit (TCaT), including Saturday hours, thanks to Measure R.
